Hello there! It’s always hard to start the writing process… it’s pretty hard to find the right words and sentences to describe what the following topics I’ll write about. So, I chose 3 question and make the whole thing clear.
What?
The question actually implies the subject I’m going to write about. Well, I’m going to try to write about my weight-losing process and all the tricks I think that are useful. If you don’t know me personally, than I should probably mention that in the last 18 months I lost 30 kilograms!!! Yes – 30! And I did it without any chemical products, without drugs, without spending 2 hours in the gym every day… So, I’m not going to brag about my story, I’m just going to try to tell you where we all make mistakes, which usually appear beneath our skin and hopefully help some of you!
Why?
Well, one part of this question is already answered. I would like to share the “secrets” and try to help anyone who has extra weight. The second reason is the people who know me for a longer period of time and their reaction when they see me nowadays. They all want to know what exactly I’ve done to lose all those kilograms. And instead of explaining it all personally, since it’s not a “7 day starving program”, I decided that the best idea is to actually write about it. I think that reading someone’s blog, where he shares his personal experience, where he knows how hard it is to have extra kilograms and frustrate about it every day is much real than having some hot top model, who has never had extra gram on her body, talk about the diet, working-out program or any drugs that makes her look perfect!
How?
I’ll try to be as honest as possible. I’ll try to be as harsh as possible. And I’ll try to be as simple and understandable as possible.
The honest way is my way. I’m not going to lie to you that you can lose 10 kilograms in one month. I’m not going to lie to you that it’s easy – it’s not! It takes a lot of determination and willingness to succeed! It takes a lot of sacrifices to make it work! But trust me, it’s worth it!
If you are not harsh to yourself to say “I eat too much chocolate”, and even more important- make yourself stop eating all that chocolate every day, there’s no way that you can lose weight. Maybe there are – but you would probably have to spend 2 hours in the gym every day to lose all those calories you take in. So be own mind’s enemy! Fight with the desire for chocolate in this case! Your stomach cannot defeat your brain! :P :D
I’ll write the tricks one by one. I hope that you’ll get the point of it through all the mistakes I was doing and very importantly stop doing, all the effort in finding the best way to make my body look good. I’ll say it now and it’s going to be that way as long as I “confess” myself here – you can ask me every single thing about this process of mine. If I have the answer – I’ll let you know. But you should know one thing clear – I’m not a nutritionist, I’m not and a sports trainer and this is just the way I did it!
